Main Sports Day

Speed bounce - Jump sideways over the newspaper as many times as possible.
Running - Run at fast as you can backwards and forwards. Distance = 5 adult steps.
Target Throw - Throw your socks / small balls into the targets, count your scores. Closest target = 1 point, middle target = 2 points, furthest target = 3 points. Mark each target with 1 adult step in between.
Star jumps - Full star jumps. Count your score.
Balancing - Balance socks / beanbag on your head backwards and forwards, count how many laps before it falls off. Use your highest score. Distance = 5 adult steps.
